STEPHEN PANASCI
OWNER | LANDSCAPE DESIGNER |HORTICULTURIST
“I have always had a deep connection to nature and the outdoors. Growing up, I spent as much time as I could outside. It gave me a sense of freedom, energy, and bewilderment.
I studied Horticulture and Landscape Design in undergrad at North Carolina State University, then completed my master’s degree in Landscape Architecture with a focus on Ecological Restoration at Temple University. Through my educational experiences I developed a passion for sustainable agriculture, ecological land management, and ecological design. I’ve continued my dedication to education as an Adjunct Professor at both Temple University Ambler and The University of Delaware since 2015 through 2021.
My professional landscape architectural design career began at Sikora Wells Appel in 2014, where I had the opportunity to grow into project manager, working on a wide variety of public and private campus and park projects.
Through my various educational and professional experiences, I developed a deeper understanding and appreciation that landscapes are dynamic, and are responsive to big and small outside impacts. They are intertwined with our development and activities.
Agrario Design: Ecological Landscape Stewardship was created with the goal of approaching sustainable landscaping differently. By prioritizing stewardship of landscapes and an ongoing relationship with our clients, it allows us to manage projects and properties over time through sustainable horticultural practices, ecological land management and restoration strategies, ecological design, and including education and training.”
