STEWARDSHIP + MANAGEMENT
Our design and stewardship interventions are meant to reduce overall maintenance requirements of a property while enhancing beauty and ecological value. The packages below are able to be tailored to your specific site and/or new installation.
For larger or more complex sites, or those wishing to make changes to their landscape, we recommend starting with a site audit. A description of this is found under our design services to create the best plan for the management of the property.
SERVICE OPTIONS

Landscape Maintenance + Management ($180–$480/month or visit)
For small properties and gardens to larger residences and small commercial spaces.
Includes:
One to Two visits per month
Weeding/small scale invasive species management
Pruning and cutbacks
Mulch refresh*
Soil-building practices: compost additions, compost tea, other amendments based on soil analysis *
Plant editing (small scale replacements and additions) *
Spring and Fall clean ups
*Materials billed separately

Ecological Stewardship ($600–$950/month)
Involved landscape property management for larger scale properties such as estates, HOA/Development common spaces, small public spaces, and natural landscapes (woodlands, meadows, stormwater management features)
Includes:
Weekly or bi-weekly visits
Invasive species removal and management
Soil building practices*
Habitat-focused maintenance
In-depth reporting and enhancement plans
Phased planting installations for significant removals, replacements, and expansion of garden or native landscapes. *
