The goals of our stewardship and site management services are to improve the ecological health of your property while also meeting aesthetic and land use goals. We begin with a site audit to assess the existing conditions of the property to identify opportunities and challenges. From there we identify the best strategies to manage and improve your property.
SERVICE OPTIONS

Ecological Maintenance - Minimal ($180–$260/month)
Best for: Smaller gardens or new plantings.
Includes:
One visit per month
Weeding, pruning
Compost and mulch touch-ups
Compost teas and soil enhancements
Notes and recommendations after each visit
Plant replacements and edits/additions

Ecological Maintenance - Standard ($320–$480/month)
Best for: Most residential properties and HOA beds.
Includes:
Two visits per month
Weeding/small scale invasive species management
Seasonal pruning
Mulch refresh once per year
Soil-building practices: compost additions, compost tea, other amendments based on soil analysis
Plant replacements + edits/additions (materials separate)

Ecological Stewardship - Premium ($500–$750/month)
Best for: Large properties, estates, campuses, or HOAs. For properties with ecological habitat and natural landscapes in addition to gardens.
Includes:
Weekly or near-weekly visits
Invasive species removal and management
Soil building practices
Habitat-focused maintenance
In-depth reporting and enhancement plans
Native plant expansions (design, plants/materials, and larger installation billed separately)
